Customers may request a return within 1–7 days from the date of delivery. All return requests must be initiated through our official email or WhatsApp.

To qualify for a return:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Products must be returned in the same condition as received.
Category-specific conditions apply:
Beauty & Personal Care: Packaging seals must be intact. Opened or used items cannot be returned due to hygiene protocols.
Gadgets & Accessories: All accessories, manuals, and original packaging must be included.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Opened or used personal care and beauty items
Personal hygiene products
Gift cards, promotional items, or free gifts
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accidental breakage
4. Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or store credit, depending on customer preference.
After the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
5. Return Shipping Costs
If the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, Gulf Gem will cover the return shipping.
For all other return reasons, the customer is responsible for return delivery charges.
